About This Project
How It Went
This roof was experiencing leaking for quite a few years and also had serious structural damage to the framing.
We removed the existing roof roofing material, the roof deck and reframed the structural components to add rigidity and structural integrity along with leveling the roof plane.
After we completed the framing, we installed a two ply low slope flintlastic roofing system.
properly flashed it to all side wall.
This roof comes with a 10 year guarantee took us two days to complete and cost approximately $11,400.
