Asphalt Shingle Roofing
The most common roof in West Michigan for good reason. Architectural and designer shingles from GAF and CertainTeed. We're certified by both, which means we can register the enhanced manufacturer warranties on your new roof, something an uncertified installer can't offer.
Metal Roofing
Standing seam and metal panel systems for homes, barns, and commercial buildings. Longer life than shingles, sheds snow, and a look that fits everything from a farmhouse to a modern build.
Flat and Low-Slope Roofing
Modified bitumen, TPO, and EPDM. On a house, mod bit is our first choice because the granulated cap sheet can usually be matched to the shingles. On a commercial building, we pick the system for the roof, the drainage, and how the building is used.

- Step 1
Consultation and Design
We meet on site or with your plans. We look at the structure, the pitch, the drainage, the penetrations, the climate exposure, and how the building will be used. Then we design the roof as a system: what goes where, and why. On new construction, we'd rather be in the conversation before the trusses are set than after.
- Step 2
Roofing System Plan
You get a written scope. Deck, underlayment, ice and water shield coverage, flashing details at every wall and penetration, intake and exhaust ventilation sized to the attic, and the roof covering. Nothing left to "we'll figure it out on the roof."
- Step 3
Preparation and Protection
Before anything goes up, we protect the landscaping, the siding, the driveway, and anything else under the drip line. On an occupied house we plan the staging so you can still get in your own front door.
- Step 4
Installation
Our tradesmen install to manufacturer specifications and to our own standard, which is stricter. Every shingle course, every flashing, every fastener. Project management is checking the work as it goes, not after.
- Step 5
Final Inspection and Warranty Registration
A final inspection before we call it done. Then we register the manufacturer warranty on your behalf and hand you our workmanship warranty in writing.
