How It Went
This EPDM flat roof was installed 10 years prior and was leaking in multiple areas throughout the roof that caused a significant amount of damaged wood and mold.
The entire interior drywall and insulation was to be gutted after the roof was complete.
The general contractor chose to go with two ply Flintlastic system.
We replaced all damaged decking installed new OSB and the two ply Flintlastic system.
This job took two full days and cost approximately $17,000.
