Domed Skylight Replaced With Glass in West Michigan

This condo association was planning on replacing all of their roofs in the next five years, but wanted a cost-effective solution to permanently solve this leaking skylight.

What we did was opt for a standard size skylight, which is slightly bigger than the existing skylight shaft.

Install installed a new skylight and reuse the existing shingles.

Making sure to be very diligent and deliberate with our resealing of those shingles.

This permanently resolved the leak.

This cost approximately $1,700 and took approximately three hours.
