Commercial Flat Roof Silicone Repair in West Michigan

This building owner was experiencing leaking in multiple areas on this roof to avoid replacing the entire roof.

We then apply silicone mastic around multiple damaged seams the apply 2 coats of 100% high solids silicone roof coating.
