Commercial EPDM Wind Damage Repair in West Michigan

Here is an example of a large commercial flat roof that experience significantly damage.

There was pre-existing leaking along the E veg due to pour installation.

That poor installation caused significant leaking along the edge contributing to fasteners completely rusting out.

Which allowed the edge of the roof to blow up during a severe windstorm.

Instead of having to replace the entire roof, we were able to come in and replace a 10’ x 100’ section of EPDM.

We also replaced all the wood members along the edge, including new edge metal.

This repair took approximately two full days and cost $18,000 to complete.
