How It Went
The upper roof of this church Belltower was leaking for decades with significant structural rot.
We completely removed the old copper Roofing, reframed the portion of roof that was collapsing due to rot and installed a brand new fully adhered EPDM roof.
Installed a new roof drain and resecured the parapet walls.
This project took approximately three full days and cost $24,000 to complete.
