Brick Chimney Re-Flash in West Michigan

This chimney was leaking intermittently at the corners and through the rise of the step style counter flashing.

We removed the counter, flashing shingles and step flashing ground in a new joint to accept a continuous counter flashing installed new shingles underlayment step flashing and permanently solved the leak providing a seven year warranty.

This repair took approximately three hours and cost $2,300.
