Eave Edge Leak Repair and Intake Vent Upgrade in West Michigan

This roof was only two years old and experiencing leaks in multiple locations along with significant moisture issues and ice damage due to the soffit bays being completely clogged.

We removed approximately 9’x20’ foot section of shingles replaced rotted wood installed new baffles new ice and water shield and new shingles.

This dramatically improved the airflow beneath the surface of the roof deck and into the attic space along with stopping all leaking.

We provided a 20 year guarantee.
