As a lead inspector and licensed estimator at Stellar, Mihles carries the job from both ends. He's the person homeowners, commercial building owners, and property managers alike sit down with: assessing the roof, explaining what's actually going on, and providing solutions to real problems. And he's one of the certified inspectors responsible for making sure the diagnosis behind every solution is right. His path to Stellar was a decision, not an accident. His inspection credential is a serious one. Mihles is a HAAG Certified Inspector for Commercial Roofs: an engineering-based certification built specifically around how commercial roofing systems perform, fail, and should be diagnosed. And at Stellar, that puts him in good company: he's another HAAG certified inspector on a team where that credential is the standard, not the exception.

The wall of credentials is real, and growing. Beyond the HAAG certification, Mihles holds certifications in roof venting from Lomanco, whose attic ventilation design program covers one of the most misunderstood and most important parts of how a roof system actually performs, along with countless manufacturer certifications from CertainTeed, GAF, Lomanco, and VELUX spanning both commercial and residential roofing. He is a licensed estimator with the State of Michigan through his Michigan sales license for construction, holds his OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification, and attends annual manufacturer trainings and factory tours.
