As Stellar's Head Foreman, Jassar runs the job site from start to finish, and at a company that guarantees its outcomes, that makes him one of the most trusted men in the entire operation. Roofing is his heart, and it has been for nearly a decade. Originally from Honduras, Jassar came to Michigan roughly a decade ago the way he approaches everything: the right way, through the full legal process, earning his authorization to live and work in the United States, and he was on a roof in West Michigan almost immediately. The years since have built a craftsman with serious range: a multitude of projects and jobs (he has installed well over a thousand roofs), installing everything from standard asphalt shingles to high-end standing seam metal, high-end designer shingles, hand-split cedar shake, and flat roofing systems of every kind. And through all of it, his record holds: eight years, not one job site accident, while consistently delivering high-end craftsmanship. In this trade, that combination is the resume. With Jassar in charge of the crew, safety and quality aren't a trade-off. They're the same habit.
